The management cards have a separate CPU and separate ethernet link.
They also remain powered when the motherboard is powered off.

I couldn't perform the firmware upgrade to 3.20. I get a weird "413 -
Request Entity Too Large" error when I try to upload the 16MB bin file.
The size is the same of the 3.16 upgrade which we performed successfully
in 2014.

I suspect that Chrome and Firefox are triggering a bug in that crappy
embedded web server by not chunking the multipart upload in the exact
same way they expected.
