[Systems] Please try to reboot Freedom + Justice

Guys yesterday CJL noticed pootle not working. When I went to check,
neither Freedom nor Justice were replying to pings.

I tried the mngmnt console but, I'm sorry I don't have my GPG key to
decipher my password for it.

Please help me by checking http://freedom-mng.sugarlabs.org/ and
http://justice-mng.sugarlabs.org/ and likely rebooting both servers.
If I recall correctly these machines have an issue rebooting after a
power failure? Bernie can we fix that?
