[Sugar-devel] Proposal for Flatpak port project

I agree with Martín.  Porting from GTK 2 to GTK 3 is complex, and to
do it right requires building a GTK 2 environment so as to compare
behaviour before and after porting.  Porting from Python 2 to Python 3
is relatively straightforward by comparison.
