[Sugar-devel] [IAEP] Approach

+1 to Sam comments.
I think we should ask before implement a digital  tool:
Why X should be done with a computer?
Is better than do it with real paper, pencils, scissors, etc?
Enable anything new?
Scale better?
Can reach more users?
