I do have a sugarlabs account i use scp to upload to

http://people.sugarlabs.org/Tgillard/

Most of my sugar vmx, vdi, usb.img and this DVD.iso are located there.
Each file is accompanied with .txt file describing how they were made
and how to use them.
The Contents of the DVD should be copied to a folder on the desktop,
and edited locally.

* duplication is just:
Burn edited contents of desktop folder to DVD
dd if=/dev/sr0 of=xxxx.iso
after local content is added

I wish I could use a way to so a delta update on the DVD.iso though.
Upload took + 5 hrs.

* The idea of the DVD is to give a basic starting point for
"sneaker-net" and firewalled school situations.

There is also http://people.sugarlabs.org/Tgillard/ASLO-xo.tar.gz which has
111 .xo applications which can be loaded on a 1GB USB stick and used to
install these applications to a running SOAS stick. Just drag and drop
from stick in sugar frame to the journal and it is installed.

(This file is also on the DVD)
