[SoaS] "More robust .iso" feature proposal started

A few of us (bernie, mtd, satellit, cjb, pbrobinson, mchua) were in 
#sugar-meeting discussing a solution to the "overlay gets corrupted and 
the stick becomes unusable until reflashed" problem we've got 
(http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/1798).

It's now been started as a feature proposal:

It's very much a stub - it needs to be fleshed in, but many of the 
links/info needed are at

This feature also needs an owner to champion it - a lot of us have been 
pitching ideas/information in, but someone has to integrate those all 
in, do the doc/testing legwork, figure out maintainability, and 
otherwise see it through the release cycle.
