[Marketing] Google Docs

Hi Bernie,

look I'm not making a federal case out of it but the shutdown was
indeed very disruptive, I lost my history of press correspondence and
an important function, the ability to do press mailing easily (vanilla
Google account locks you out temporarily since assumes spammer
control, an awful scenario when you have to respond to journalists
with time-sensitive info)

at the time I tried to explain the headaches this was causing, perhaps
I didn't express myself clearly.

I fully understand limited resources, it's the same for marketing

thanks

Sean
