[Marketing] What's New callout on homepage?

Hi Christian,

On December 8th we will be launching Sugar on a Stick v2 Blueberry at
Netbook World Summit in Paris (http://www.netbookworldsummit.org/)

It would be great if we could do a callout from the homepage - for
example, in the right margin, above "The Sugar User Interface" and
"The Sugar Experience", "What's New" with a thumbnail visual. This
would be ideal for Soas but would be helpful for our other PR, and
even events without PR such as the release of Sugar v0.86.

Can you help us with this?
