How To Create A Blog

I have created a How to Create a Blog pdf.

If some of you could take a look at it and let me know
if it accomplishes the job, I would appreciate it.

If it does the job would someone with wiki experience please put it
in the proper place. 

Being a newbie I worry that if I put it in the wiki it may be lost forever.
After some more success in the Educational Outreach area I will set aside 
some time to become more proficient at the
wiki and start into the world of coding.
