[IAEP] pronunciation and reading tutor fundraiser and status update

Dear OLPC community:

Thanks to Google Summer of Code,
http://cmusphinx.sourceforge.net/wiki/pronunciation_evaluation is in a
much better state than it was a year ago, and I have many of you to
thank for that. We tried Kickstarter but only got 1/5th of the goal.
So, we lowered the amount of exemplar pronunciations we are trying to
collect but are up against the much more rigorous per-phoneme exemplar
sufficiency index.

So we are trying to raise another $4,000 for exemplar pronunciation
