[IAEP] OLPC related article

Hi everybody,
        
In the past few years, the Swiss OLPC group accomplished a contest to 
support the worldwide movement. Now that the contest has closed, we
would like to publish the final report, including the results and
conclusions. Unfortunatly, the prioritized journal, First Monday,
rejected the article due to the lack of academic relevance. Does anybody
know of a journal who might accept the report? Thanks in advance for any
advice.
