[IAEP] Why are some activities on the activity portal and others aren't?

In an OLPC Boston discussion someone mentioned social calc.


Pie charts and line charts for the SocialCalc spreadsheet activity,
including some lesson ideas (you can try making charts if you have Firefox
or an XO laptop):

This doesn't seem to be on the activities portal.  What is the process for
getting something on the activities portal?  What is the process for getting
an activity into the base SoaS releases?
