[IAEP] Why are some activities on the activity portal and others aren't?

At present, activity author uploads .xo bundle to activities portal
using activities.sugarlabs.org's developers interface 
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit
So its up to the author to share or not his activity from activities portal

Bunch of activities were "adopted" by Activity Team and theirs sources
were migrated to git.sugarlabs.org and .xo bundles were uploaded to
activities portal
