[IAEP] Branding

One of the next steps for Sugar Labs is to establish a brand.  As part of
the branding process, we will be registering marks which publicly identify
our product and community.  Five possible marks are:

1. Sugar - as it related to education
2. Sugar Labs
3. Sugar Learning Platform
4. sugar_labs_logo
5. Sugar Certified

Karen recommends we start with the US, which would represent an application
in the EU and several other domains.

The next steps will be:

1.  Walter will send artwork and a short description of the Sugar Labs marks
to SFC.
2.  Karen will begin researching those marks.
3.  Sugar Labs will create a trademark usage guidelines page for the
wiki.(Karen has examples)
4. Both Karen and SL will research the usage and registering of
certifications.
