One of the next steps for Sugar Labs is to establish a brand.&nbsp; As part of the branding process, we will be registering marks which publicly identify our product and community.&nbsp; Five possible marks are:&nbsp; <br><br>1. Sugar - as it related to education<br>

2. Sugar Labs<br>3. Sugar Learning Platform<br>4. sugar_labs_logo<br>5. Sugar Certified<br><br>Karen recommends we start with the US, which would represent an application in the EU and several other domains.<br><br>The next steps will be:<br>
<br>1.&nbsp; Walter will send artwork and a short description of the Sugar Labs marks to SFC.<br>2.&nbsp; Karen will begin researching those marks.<br>3.&nbsp; Sugar Labs will create a trademark usage guidelines page for the wiki.(Karen has examples)<br>
