The biggest problems have to do with QA across subtly different 
environments -- and figuring out who is responsible for solving the 
problems in those different environments.

So long as there are people committed to solving these problems in each 
environment, and each environment adds savvy users (and therefore 
potential contributors), it's still a win.  But there needs to be *a lot* 
of communication, of course.
