It's time for us to schedule a meeting! 

On the 21st I'll be at a teacher recruiting meeting and so let's try to 
get something scheduled before then. 

I'm thinking something on a week day afternoon EDT [1]

I'd love suggestions, but if I don't get any I'll just pick something 
for next week.
