My unhappiness with the Board relates entirely to procedures, because I
think the board should take procedural actions that they do not.

I am perfectly fine with motions I propose being pro-actively voted against
with comments why, so that either it is clear that the board wants to drop
the topic completely, or the board wants to see a new motion that is
reworded in some ways.

We have seen the latter play out with the GSOC mentor payouts motions, one
of which did eventually pass.

We have also seen motions get zero feedback.

And we see the board vote privately.
