[Sugar-devel] aslo download count

I fixed the download counter for aslo last night. It is now correctly parsing the load balancer files rather the on of the node's files.

I parsed the downloads from the last couple of weeks which were going through  mod_proxy and not being counted.  This is going to show up as around 300,000 downloads for the March 16.  I did not feel comfortable changing both the load balancer and log parser at the same time.  Sorry for any confusion.
