Apologies if I'm missing something, but apart from the bandwidth
difference, port numbers, and a few other things, having an Icecast
server serving video over a wireless network is essentially the same as
having a plain web server serving web pages over a wireless network. The
broadcaster would upload the video to a single destination, the local
Icecast streaming server, then the peers would retrieve that stream from
the local Icecast streaming server over HTTP. Surely you must agree that
that is possible?
