Hi
When you install an Activity, the xo bundle, which is a zip file, is unzipped and copied to /home/olpc/Activities
The Activity is installed when you click on a xo bundle or download or copy (maybe?) a bundle to the journal.
Deleting a xo bundle from the journal depends on your build, on some it uninstalls the Activity, on others it does not.
Activities can be uninstalled from the home list view.
