[Systems] Freedom is down

Hi All,

freedom.sugarlabs.org appears to be offline.  It does not respond to ping,
ssh or http(s).

Tested from my laptop and sunjammer.  Pinging from justice gives
"Destination Host Unreachable".

Justice is not down and is responding normally to ssh and pings.
