Looks like it was an accident... it's a bit hard to tell ahead of time
when it's gonna happen ;-)
Anyway, this is exactly why I configure different prompt colors on each
servers: it reduces the chance of typing a command on the wrong machine.

My advice is to avoid running anything important on freedom because it's
a hot-spare that could suddenly go away in case something happens to
justice.
