[Systems] pootle-commits list moderation assistance

Salutations,

I had requested the creation of the pootle-commits list and I am
receiving moderation messages, but for some reason my usual
password(s) for list stuff are not working to access the admin page.

This list is typically only used by bots, but one specific spammer has
been hitting it from time to time and I would like to add them to the
blacklist so that I do not have to see any more moderation messages
from them.  Other than that I have found this list to be very useful.

If a mailman admin could help me sort out list admin access to this
list I would be very grateful.  This is by no means urgent.
