Oh, btw: in case you really love RT, you're welcome to take over its
maintainance, but first you have to fix the obscure bug that causes
email to be eaten from time to time and explain how you fixed it. Also,
it would be nice if you made it possible to close tickets without
logging into the web interface and clicking 2 or 3 links per ticket.

We'll keep the rt VM around for a while to let people process any
outstanding tickets. Then, we can recycle its bits.
