[Systems] UNPLANNED OUTAGE: git.sugarlabs.org and several other services

All the machines hosted at the Media Lab are currently unreachable and
most likely powered off due to a black out affecting several buildings
in south Cambridge.

As soon as the power comes back I'll check the filesystems for data
corruption before bringing everything back up.
