[Systems] git not git-pulling

Hi

We notice that gitorious is falling to git-pull.


git pull
git.sugarlabs.org[0: 18.85.44.120]: errno=Connection refused
git.sugarlabs.org[0: 2002:1255:2c78::1]: errno=Network is unreachable

anybody can fix this?.
