[Systems] Service pages

+1.  The biggest help for me was the sysadmin prcedures that you added
to http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Infrastructure_Team/Resources last
time you refactored.  It is a huge help for doing that stuff which I
only do every couple of months.
