I reorganized the team wiki documentation, moving the old-style service
descriptions to this page:

  http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Service/000_other

>From now on, it's considered *shameful* to be maintaining a service that
isn't properly documented by a Service/foo page, since it's a matter of
10 minutes of work. Please, convert your service today using this easy
template:

  http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Service/zzz_template

Then, delete the obsolete entry from 000_other. Repeat until 000_other
becomes empty. If you co-own a service with others, try to beat them on
time. Don't be the laziest!
