You have to enable extra user logs, including the "user login" log.

Agreed.  It's someone mentally unstable, probably in high school,
who'se developed an unfortunate themtaic addiction.

Not at all.  What you can do, in an emergency, is turn off edits from
unapproved users.  (ouch!)
