No change from me -- it's still being started with "nice ionice -c2
-n6" -- but the number of modules built per run is dependent on the
number of modules buildable, which fluctuates over time as compile
errors are fixed. There have been some compile errors fixed recently,
so an increase in load (back to a previous level) makes sense.

I don't know (and can't check because I don't have root anymore).
Tinderbox doesn't use MySQL.

This is a good argument for belief in God, but a poor argument for
examining evidence. :) You can turn off (if it's even running) the
tinderbox any time you want to check whether it's the cause of an
outage.
