OK, no wonder I didn't find the cause, I would never have suspected that 
to break routing.

What about Develer getting an IPv6 uplink (either native or via SixXS) 
and delegating a subnet to bender? Would get rid of the 
tunnel-packets-being-treated-as-VoIP as well.

Not likely to happen in the near future I'd guess. Especially with 
JhBuildBot starting all builds in parallel [1].
