Adding tun6to4 and radvd to Develer's main router would mean that _all_
the machines would get a globally routed IPv6 address.
I'm afraid Develer has become too risk-averse for trying this...
actually I'd be worried too without adding some good ip6tables rules for
the desktops.
For experimental purposes, I've already setup tun6to4 on one of their
servers, but that doesn't have a global impact.

Who cares what happens *inside* a VM? I was talking about allocating a
smaller CPU slice to the intire guest at the KVM level (and perhaps
limiting also disk I/O; memory already has a fixed upper bound).
