[Systems] mirror de-announce ?

Sometimes a mirror is behind in syncing,
after howto much time should we:

- de-announce a mirror from the wiki
- remove it from mirrorbrain

IMHO
Currently i get messages after > 24 hours, and i have 1 mirror is about
48 hours behind....
