[Systems] New Mailing List

Hey all,

I would like to announce a new mailing list, "Sugar Labs Systems"
<systems at lists.sugarlabs.org>.

The list has actually been around for a few months as a closed list
for infrastructure security concerns.  But now, It make more sense to
open the list for general infrastructure concerns.

Please subscribe if you are interested in helping the the Sugar Labs
infrastructure.
