[Systems] Downtime for power failure

Hello,

this morning, the whole Develer network has been down for around 80
minutes (between 11:30 and 12:50, CET) due to a power failure that
involved the whole building. Our UPS are not able to keep the servers up
for such a long time.

We have now fully restored all the services. Please do not hesitate to
contact us if there are any remaining issues.
