Oh - forgot to mention. UserVoice is pretty expensive for an 
organization with little to no budget (see 
https://uservoice.com/signup?ref=nav) and is a closed-source system. I 
do not know how much, if at all, either of this matters to us. 
(Personally, I'm a fan of using OSS solutions whenever possible, but 
that's just my opinion - and I don't know of a corresponding OSS app for 
this.)
