[Systems] [SLOB] Gmail Domain

This thread started from a very different place. We wanted to come up
with a low-overhead way of handing out sugarlabs.org email addresses
to community members. Reliability is a red herring. Also, as I recall,
the email log-jam was related to a queue on the old mail
server--pre-solarsail.
