the Colombian regional lab, and we're working on setting up services
at *.co.sugarlabs.org, including wiki pages, email aliases, mailing
list(s), and a Google Apps instance.

We want leave to the regional labs the autonomy ro establish their own
decentralized services whenever they want to, while leaving them the
choice to piggyback on our existing servers for everything else.
