In your meeting;
http://meeting.sugarlabs.org/sugar-meeting/meetings/2018-05-12T16:37:59

You spoke about Turtle Confusion, which is based on Turtle Art. A
fork, or derivative. Your options for porting to GTK+ 3 are one or
more of;

1. look for the point of fork in history of both repositories, make a
temporary repository with the history of both, and cherry-pick (git
cherry-pick) later patches from Turtle Art,

2. extract (git format-patch) and apply (git am) the Turtle Art
commits which ported to GTK+ 3, then resolve conflicts,

3. add the features of Turtle Confusion into Turtle Art,

Ask Walter for an opinion.
