[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] [BROWSE] - Toolbar Expansion and Fiddler Integrations

Hi, Sam

This GSOC 2015 project was based on Browse integration from the outset. 
The integration with Browse did not happen because Gonzalo was 
unavailable to assist with this at the time. Utkarsh is volunteering to 
help with completing the project and making it available to the community.

I am not sure I understand this request to make it a new project. It is 
essentially ready (it works in a version of Browse now). Utkarsh has 
made the toolbars in accordance with the Sugar standard for 'new' 
toolbars. The intent is to add this capability to Browse-158.
