[Sugar-devel] [GSoC] regular student meeting time

Not everyone has filled out the poll and it seems we'll have
difficulty satisfying everyone, but let's tentatively say that we'll
meet at 2PM EST (which works for the most people). Alas, that time
won't work for me tomorrow--I will be on an airplane--but it will work
for me next week.
