OK, will add it.

What ticket exactly? If you're talking about Py#2504 then I don't see
any indication that this is in Python 3 yet. The only thing we know for
sure is that Python 2.x will never have it.
But I can certainly add this information to a comment, not just the
patch description.

This confused me for quite a while, too, when I tested my patch. By
default fuzzy translations are NOT included in the compiled translations
file (.mo), so you need to remove the fuzzy flag (just remove the entire
line).
