No I don't think so, just looks like Joshua decided to make the repository one directory level up than usual, holding some other misc files and directories. The repository is not the usual practice, extra misc doc items are usually kept under the top level of the activity, and the .xo bundles are not usually kept in the git repository at all (that's what ASLO is for).
