[Sugar-devel] Notifications (Ubuntu initiative)

Mark Shuttleworth announced some work on notifications on Ubuntu:

Regardless of the final outcome, it looks like this work will impact
on fd.o notifications and hopefully improve them.

I'm not sure what our Sugar notifications look like now, but they
could use a big improvement over what we had in 8.2.0... complaints
about them never being noticed...
