Etoys also has the help icon in its standard tool bar. It is not a
context-sensitive help, but a series of quick guides to various basic
topics regarding the Etoys UI.

No go. An activity still can not launch another activity directly.
Many people have been begging for this for a long time, but the answer
is basically "won't fix". The latest cheesy and cumbersome workaround
is redirecting the user to the Journal:

I still am gasping at how this ticket could have been marked "fixed".
