[sugar] Mesh Icon Rollovers Need Smart Positioning

Hey Folks,
Working with the mesh tonight on my B2 machines(image 303), I noticed
that if icons are on the bottom of the screen in neighborhood or buddy
view, it becomes impossible to interact with the rollover menu
items(adding someone as a friend, removing a friend).

I combed over the tracker and didn't notice a bug associated with this
issue. I will be more than welcome to create a bug and fix the issue
if I get confirmation that someone isn't working on it.

Something else that came up when troubleshooting this, is me wondering
if there is/will be a way to redraw the order of the
neighborhood/buddy views. I solved this by restarting sugar, but this
is obviously not an elegant solution in the least. Any input on this?

All in all, I think that either a way to redraw the the screen, or
looking at the position of the icon, and using some logic to draw the
rollover in a better place.
