[sugar] Develop icons

Hey Eben,

Develop needs icons to represent the following object types:

A File
A Directory
A Python Package (a special kind of Directory)
A Python Module (a special kind of File)
A Python Class
A Python Function (and should methods look different?  some IDEs think so)
An Activity (a special kind of Directory)

Also, there's one other thing: how should I query the user for a name
for the new activity when they invoke a fresh Develop from the bottom of
the frame?

I don't think it would really work well to have the user change it
afterwards (I want the name to be immutable after creation for now, in
fact).
