[sugar] activities translation change

Hi all,

by mistake, bundlebuilder was generating the .mo files in the locale
subdir in the activity bundle with the display name of the activity
instead of using the service name.

This has been fixed both in HEAD and in the trial2 branch, but we need
to release all activities again so the translation files have the right
name.

Please do a new release of your activity if:

- it ships in trial2
- has translations, and
- you are using bundlebuilder for generating the .xo file.

These commands should do the right thing:

cd myactivity
rm -rf locale
python setup.py release

Then follow the existing procedure and create a ticket in trac for
inclusion in the images.
