TOAST comes with those languages enabled, you can select it during
boot. If you want any other language just ask, it is trivial for me to
add them. Currently listed languages are:

en_US es_ES fr_FR de_DE it_IT el_GR nl_NL ta_IN ru_RU vi_VN
